GALETON — The board of the Pennsylvania Lumber Museum Associates has decided to cancel the Bark Peelers’ Festival for this year.
The festival is the biggest event of the year for the museum, and typically draws a crowd of 2,000 to 3,000 people to the museum. Given the restrictions on large gatherings, the board determined for the safety of the public and for mitigation efforts for COVID-19, the festival must be canceled.
Next year’s convention is scheduled for July 3 and 4, 2021.
