PORT ALLEGANY — Registration for virtual Summer Learning with S.W. Smith Memorial Public Library is open on READsquared.

Visit the following website to register for virtual Story Hour (Age 0-6), SummerQuest (Grades 1-6), Teen SummerQuest (Grades 7-12) and Adult SummerQuest (18 & up): http://swsmithlibrary.readsquared.com/. Participants will log reading, complete virtual and physical missions, view online programming, play games and more to earn points, virtual badges and physical prizes to complete their program.

Participants must be residents of the library’s service area to participate in READsquared through S.W. Smith Memorial Public Library: Port Allegany Borough, Liberty Township, Annin Township, Eldred Township, Eldred Borough and Otto Township.

Guest patrons outside the library’s service area will be able to access alternate virtual summer learning programming and Library To-Go Kits at S.W. Smith Memorial Public Library beginning June 15. Library staff also suggest that guest patrons communicate with their home library for information on similar virtual summer learning programs in their library service area.
