An Olean, N.Y., woman accused of a March burglary and subsequent witness intimidation case had both cases bound to McKean County Court on Tuesday.

According to the criminal complaint in the first case, around 11:30 p.m. on March 2, Parker contacted her ex-boyfriend and said she was coming to his home in Eldred. He told her she was not allowed to come over.
He was not home at the time, and while she was there, she allegedly entered the home, broke several of his items and scattered them inside and wrote messages with a black marker on his living room walls. Also, she yelled at a friend of her ex-boyfriend’s and struck his vehicle with her hands, the complaint stated.
A short time later, Parker’s sister sent a message to the ex-boyfriend on Facebook saying that Parker would pay him $100 and pay for paint to fix the walls if he did not press charges, according to court records.
The criminal complaint in the second case states that at 7:17 p.m. April 27, Lewis Run-based police were contacted about a trespassing report at the same Eldred home.
The ex-boyfriend told police Parker entered the property again and would not leave. Parker tried to convince him to drop the burglary case, according to the complaint.
Police arrived to find Parker on the premises and arrested her, court records stated. She allegedly had suboxone and marijuana in her possession, too.
Parker is in McKean County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
