A Coudersport man pleaded guilty Monday in McKean County Court to corruption of minors allegations.
Perry B. Green, 32, entered a guilty plea to charges of corruption of minors and produce/present/direct obscene performance-minor. The hearing was held via video conference.
According to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer, between June 1 and July 17, at two locations in McKean County, Green had sexual intercourse with his adult girlfriend within close proximity of two juvenile females, ages 13 and 14. Also, Green had inappropriate physical contact with and instructed the juveniles on how to perform sex acts. He also provided adult beverages for them.
President Judge John Pavlock noted during the conference that Green will have to register under Megan’s Law for his lifetime. Prior to sentencing, Green will have to undergo a sexually violent predator evaluation, too.
Green is incarcerated in lieu of $50,000 bail, and sentencing is set for 1 p.m. Aug. 13. He is represented by Public Defender Philip Clabaugh.
A codefendant in the case, Leola S. Davis, 33, of Leechburg, has a habeas corpus hearing scheduled for 10 a.m. June 19. Court records indicate that Davis, who was previously incarcerated on bail, has been released on her own recognizance with conditions.
