KANE — The Lutheran Home of Kane will hold a community parade of vehicles to celebrate Nursing Home Week.
Weather permitting, the parade will be held on May 12 at 4:30 p.m. All participating vehicles are to line up at the main entrance of LHK behind the Kane Volunteer Fire Department at 4:15 p.m. The fire department will escort community vehicles through the facility grounds where residents who wish to participate will be seated outside, separated by wing and will follow all social distancing guidelines. Participants of the parade are to follow the fire department vehicles at all times. Do not stop or exit your car for any reason. If your car window is down, wear a mask.
The residents would love to see everyone in their decorated cars!
