WARREN — Northern Pennsylvania Regional College (NPRC) announced a partnership with Atlas RTX, a Mindshare Ventures company, Wednesday, which will allow the launch of an artificially intelligent online chat system as part of their prospective students’ web experience.
NPRC was established in response to the unserved, underserved, and in some cases, never served areas of northern Pennsylvania and has developed their delivery model to be able to provide affordable and accessible education to these areas.
“We are proud to be trailblazers in our approach to higher education delivery. Our flexible model allows us to be highly responsive to our regional needs and the needs of our students by being able to meet them where they are. Partnering with Atlas RTX will give us the ability to be even more responsive to those we serve. We are excited about this new opportunity to continue advancing our high-tech, high-touch approach,” says Dr. Joseph T. Nairn, NPRC Founding President.
Founder and CEO of Atlas RTX, Bassam Salem, says, “Our partnership with NPRC is truly one-of-a-kind. To our knowledge, this is the first time a collegiate institution has deployed this sort of technology from the inception of the organization. We are excited to partner with an innovative institution like NPRC, as it strives to redefine the higher education experience.”
With this resource that combines artificial intelligence with live chat capabilities for NPRC staff, it will be possible to seamlessly engage visitors on the website any time of the day, any day of the week, and in over 100 languages. NPRC will look to launch this resource on their website by May 1.
