COUDERSPORT — Due to COVID19 and the Emergency Declaration issued by the Potter County Commissioners, the Potter County Sheriff’s Department has implemented a series of measures.
The department is suspending the issuance of all pistol permits until April 15, and the situation will be reevaluated at that time.
The Sheriff sale set for April 2, will proceed as scheduled.
The June 4, Sheriff’s Sale is cancelled and the following date of Aug. 6 will be the next scheduled date with a cut off to receive proper paperwork is June 11.
If you have a Court Emergency or a scheduled Court related hearing, call (814) 274-9720 prior to coming. Should you be directed to come to Court, come alone. No one other than the essential people will be given entry into the building.
