After 11 rounds of the Bradford Businessmen’s Chess League at School Street Elementary School, Lang Surveying LLC’s team leads the junior varsity division by just half a point. Dr. Mark Caminite’s team is in second, and the Pharmacy at Union Square team holds third.
The varsity division is very competitively matched. Wood Chiropractic’s team holds first by only half a point; Prestige: Watch & Jewelry’s team is in second; and the Main Street Mercantile team is in third place.
Other varsity team rankings are Hennard Construction, fourth place; E & M Engineers & Surveyors and Main Street Movie House, tied for fifth place; A Slice of the 80s, sixth place; and Mrs. Claudia Caminite, seventh place.
In the junior varsity division, other team rankings are Dr. Wojcik and Tasta Pizza, tied for fourth place; Prestige: Awards & Engraving and Williams Agency, tied for fifth place; Burns & Burns, sixth place; Dexter’s Service Center, seventh place; Dr. Gonzalez, eighth place; American Refining Group Inc., ninth place; and Hamlin Bank, 10th place.
This week will mark the end of the season with playoffs, pizza and prizes.
