Criminal charges against a Leechburg woman accused of permitting the endangerment of two teens had all charges against her bound to McKean County Court.
A preliminary hearing for Leola S. Davis, 32, was held Monday before District Judge William Todd, court records indicate.
Davis is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of children, third-degree felonies; four counts each of indecent exposure, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children and two counts of produce/present/direct obscene performance, all first-degree misdemeanors; four counts of indecent exposure, second-degree misdemeanors; and two counts each of open lewdness and furnishing alcohol to a minor, third-degree misdemeanors.
Her codefendant, Perry B. Green, 32, of Coudersport, waived a preliminary hearing on Jan. 23.
According to criminal complaints against the couple, on multiple dates between June 1 and July 17, in Port Allegany and in Annin Township, Green and Davis engaged in sexual intercourse with each other in front of two children, ages 13 and 14.
During that time frame, Green allegedly instructed the children how to perform sex acts on each other, touched the children inappropriately and allowed the children to consume alcohol. Davis allegedly permitted these acts to take place, the criminal complaints alleged.
Court records indicate that Davis is in McKean County Jail in lieu of 10% of $25,000 bail.
Green is incarcerated in lieu of $50,000 bail and has a last-day-to-plea conference set for March 26 in McKean County Court.
