The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning & Development Commission and the Rural Transportation Planning Committee has made copies available of the Public Participation, Title VI and Limited English Proficiency Plans for a 45-day public review comment period beginning on Feb. 19 and ending on April 9.

A public meeting will be held to receive comments at 10:30 a.m. on March 12 at the NCPRPDC office building, 49 Ridgmont Drive, Ridgway.
Anyone who requires special assistance to attend or participate in this meeting or needs additional information, contact Bert Lahrman at 814-773-3162 five days prior to the meeting event so that special assistance can be accommodated.
Written comments and questions may be addressed to “Multi-Plans Comments,’’ c/o NCPRPDC, 49 Ridgmont Drive, Ridgway, PA 15853. All comments must be received no later than 4 p.m. on April 9.
The Rural Transportation Planning Committee will vote to approve the three plans at a public meeting at 10:30 a.m. on April 14.
