SMETHPORT — The meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly 623 was held Tuesday evening at the East Smethport United Christian Church with 13 members weighing in.
There was a 7.2-pound loss with one staying the same. Evelyn was the best loser. The “no no” is cookies.
The group’s program this week was about colon health, and members reported that it was very informative.
