A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail after he was arrested on a felony trespassing charge on Thursday.
Timothy M. Comilla, 34, of Bradford, was arraigned before District Judge David Engman on a charge of criminal trespass-enter structure, a third-degree felony.
According to Bradford City Police, at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday, officers were dispatched for a report of a home invasion on South Avenue. The caller told police that the male suspect — Comilla — was last seen walking down Thompson Avenue after the alleged home invasion. At the scene, police learned that Comilla might have left the area in a car.
Upon investigation, police determined that Comilla entered an occupied home on South Avenue without permission.
Police did not release a motive or say if Comilla knew the tenant(s).
After the investigation, police obtained a arrest warrant for Comilla, and he was taken into custody the following day.
Comilla is incarcerated in lieu of $20,000 bail, and he is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
