Three events are coming up for forest landowners in the northwest region of Pennsylvania.
The northwest region includes Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Venango and Warren counties.
In February, there will be the Clarion Forest Landowner Conference, as well as the 24th annual Northwest Pennsylvania Forest Landowner Conference. Then, in May will be Foundation for Sustainable Forests: Loving the Land through Working Forests Conference.
On Feb. 22, the Clarion Forest Landowner Conference will take place from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. in the Grunenwald Science and Technology Center, Clarion University. Cost is $30 per person, with early bird registration of $25 until Feb. 7. Deadline to register is Feb. 13. Visit https://extension.psu.edu/forest-landowner-conference for more information.
On Feb. 29, the Northwest Pennsylvania Forest Landowner Conference will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the Frank G. Pogue Student Center, Edinboro University, 405 Scotland Road, Edinboro.
