OLEAN, N.Y. — Southern Tier Catholic School and Archbishop Walsh Academy will hold an information session about both schools and the free bus run provided to Bradford, Pa., residents.
The meeting will take place Feb. 9 from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Assembly Room at the Marilyn Horne Museum, located at 2 Marilyn Horne Way in downtown Bradford. Representatives from the school along with current Bradford families will be available during that time for questions and details about STCS/Walsh and the bus run.
This information session is open to anyone who wishes to learn more about STCS/Walsh and refreshments will be available. There will also be information about the Bradford Central Christian Charitable Trust tuition assistance program for any former St. Bernard school students as well as financial aid and scholarship information for any new students.
STCS/Walsh provides busing services free of charge for Bradford area residents who wish to send their students to the Catholic high school located just across the PA-NY state line. The bus will pick up students in Bradford, and bus them to the school located in Olean. The bus will also be returning students to Bradford, upon dismissal at the end of the school day.
