COUDERSPORT — The Potter County Democratic Party will be holding a petition-signing event from 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 9 at Hotel Crittenden in Coudersport.
Petitions will be available for presidential candidates Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Pete Buttigieg, Joe Biden, Amy Klobuchar, Tom Steyer and Michael Bloomberg; for state attorney general candidate Josh Shapiro; auditor general candidates Christina Hartman, Tracie Fountain, Scott Conklin, Michael Lamb and Nina Ahmad; treasurer Joe Torsella; and for state senate 25th district, Margie Brown.
Signing a petition is not the same as voting; it means the signer supports the candidate’s name on the ballot.
Snack trays, coffee, tea and soda will be compliments of Potter County Democratic Committee. A cash bar will be available.
