JOHNSONBURG — UPMC Kane in partnership with Johnsonburg Rotary Club will hold multiphasic blood screening tests from 6 to 9:30 a.m. Feb. 8 at the Johnsonburg Fire Hall.
The health screening is $40 for 30 tests. Screenings for vitamin D, hepatitis C, A1C, TSH, PSA and occult blood testing also are available for an additional fee.
Registration is preferred but walk-ins are welcome. An additional $10 fee will be imposed for walk-ins. To register, call 814-837-4570 or toll free at 800-565-9200, ext. 4570.
Participants are asked to fast 12 hours prior to their appointment for best results.
