ELDRED — Eldred Senior Center Wellness Committee is hosting an Eat Smart, Live Strong, weekly educational program during the month of February.
The program will be held every Tuesday, at 11 a.m., during the month of February. This nutrition program focuses on fruit and vegetable consumption, and daily physical activity, among individuals 60 to 74 years of age. Call the Eldred Senior Center for more information at 225-4752. Anyone 60 and older can call the day before, by 12:30 p.m. to order lunch.
