Kristi and Michael Freeman are proud to announce that on Oct. 14, their son, Gerald M. Freeman, a 2008 graduate of Port Allegany High School, earned his PhD from Pittsburgh’s Carnegie Mellon University.
This is in addition to his Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University, and Master of Science degree from the University of Rochester. Freeman is employed at Northwest Pacific Labs of Seattle, Wash., where he lives with his wife, Sara Caplan.
