SMETHPORT — The meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly 623 was held Tuesday evening at the Smethport United Christian Church with 13 members weighing in.
There was a loss of 6.8 pounds. Ami was the best loser. The “yes yes” is to drink more water.
Jayme read an article called “Shedding Pounds Lowers Breast Cancer Risks.” For the program, Kathy led the group in chair exercising to music. Jayme will present the program next week.
