Investigation into assault at Kane high reveals there was no crime

LEWIS RUN — Lewis Run-based state police determined that no crime was committed when they investigated a report of a sexual assault at Kane Area High School.

Therefore, no charges will be filed, police stated.

The state police were notified of the allegations on Friday.
