KANE — Visitors to Kinzua Bridge State Park on Saturday can participate in “It’s for the Birds — Pine Cone Bird Feeders Make & Take.”
Participants are invited to stop by the Kinzua Bridge State Park Visitor Center Classroom between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to learn a little about local winter feeder birds, then make their own pine cone bird feeder to take home.
Organizers said the program is a great way to get children interested in the outdoors during winter. Binoculars are available to use to look at feeder birds.
