Women’s Literary Club

Women’s Literary Club met at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bradford Area Public Library. The theme was “Sharing and Exchanging Books.”

President Patti Neidich opened the meeting wishing all a happy new year and a good 2020.

The hostess committee co-chair, Joan Mansour, announced the menu and other information regarding the club’s next regular meeting. The Hospital luncheon will be held Jan. 17 at Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Two guests were present and the group welcomed one new member.

Neidich led members as they sat in a circle and discussed books they had read. A list of titles, authors and books’ readers was compiled to be distributed later. Books brought were displayed for exchange.

In keeping with the theme, the tea table held books and attractive book ends. Servers were Fran Runyan, Ann Esch and Sandy Haley.
