SMETHPORT — A Buffalo, N.Y., woman accused of drug deliveries and an assault pleaded guilty Thursday in McKean County Court to charges in three cases.
Brianna S. Rollins, 27, entered a guilty plea in two cases to charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and in the third case to a charge of simple assault.
According to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer, on June 12, 2018, Rollins, along with codefendant Leonesha Brown delivered .67 grams of crack cocaine; on June 21, 2019, Rollins and Brown, who were under surveillance of the McKean County Drug Task Force, delivered .55 grams of crack cocaine and possessed with the intent to deliver 1.32 grams of crack cocaine; and on July 17, Rollins caused injury to another female inmate at the McKean County Jail.
Rollins will be sentenced Jan. 16.
Also in court, Michael J. Pope, 36, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to charges in three cases. He’s charged in one with simple assault, in another with summary harassment and in the third with charges of DUI-alcohol and DUI-combination alcohol/drugs.
According to Shaffer, on July 8, Pope shoved his wife and juvenile female; on Aug. 10, he operated a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance; and on Oct. 23, he struck a teenage girl, causing substantial pain. Pope will be sentenced Jan. 30.
George H.L. Cabisca Jr., 40, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to charges in two cases. He’s charged in one case with hindering apprehension-harbor or conceal and in the other with dogs not validly registered. Shaffer said that on July 11, Cabisca, who was previously convicted of harboring a dangerous dog — a pitbull mix named Jack, did not register the dog as required. Then, on July 24, Bradford City Police notified Cabisca that they were looking for Jason Girdlestone, and on Aug. 1, law enforcement officials went to Cabisca’s home and found out Girdlestone was staying there. Cabisca will be sentenced Jan. 30.
Amber L. Harris, 23, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault. On Aug. 17, Harris struck a man in the face and shoulder during a fight by mutual consent, said Assistant District Attorney Bridget Murphy. Harris will be sentenced Jan. 2.
The following people were accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program: Scott C. Sicheri, 56, of Bradford, for terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and retaliation for past official action; Brandon A. Johnston, 31, of Kane, Michael T. Reese, 49, of Bradford, and Joseph Gentile III, 44, of Kane, all for DUI-alcohol; and Matthew A. Wooten, 20, of Port Allegany, DUI-general impairment and DUI-minor.
