SMETHPORT — A Westline woman was convicted of all but one of the charges against her in a trespassing incident in August 2016.
Holli A. Hull, 47, of Westline, was found guilty of the following: criminal trespass-enter structure, a third-degree felony; loitering and prowling at night time, a third-degree misdemeanor; and summary charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass. She was acquitted of a felony charge of criminal trespass-break into structure, according to court records.
Hull appeared for a jury trial Dec. 9 in McKean County Court before President Judge John Pavlock.
Court records filed at the time of her arrest alleged that on the night of Aug. 11, 2016, Hull cut through an air conditioner panel to gain access to the bedroom of a Keating Township home, then used a patio stool to climb through the window. Once inside, she activated the motion-detection alarm and fled.
Hull, who is free on 10% of $5,000 bail, will be sentenced Jan. 16.
