SMETHPORT — A Bradford man pleaded guilty Thursday in McKean County Court to meth-related allegations in two cases.
Jordan M. Johnson, 18, of Bradford, entered the plea in one case to a charge of conspiracy to possess with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, and in the second to charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer, on Sept. 28, Johnson agreed with Christine Cutlip and William Doran to deliver between 20 and 30 grams of methamphetamine, and on Sept. 6, Johnson possessed meth and a straw used to ingest meth.
Cutlip and Doran are both scheduled to appear for last-day-to-plea conferences in the delivery case on Jan. 23.
Johnson will be sentenced Jan. 2.
Also in court, Troy Renner, 44, of Port Allegany, pleaded guilty to charges of criminal mischief and harassment. On Sept. 6, Renner damaged a Ford Escape and made threats toward two women, Assistant District Attorney Ashley Shade explained. Renner will be sentenced Jan. 16.
Robert J. Shall, 43, of Smethport, pleaded guilty to a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities. On July 22, Shall marked a false answer on the Firearm Transaction Record form, Assistant District Attorney Bridget Murphy said. Shall will be sentenced Jan. 2.
Alicia M. Norris, 29, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault. Shade said that on Aug. 26, Norris shoved and tackled a female, causing bruising. Norris will be sentenced Jan. 16.
Harley B. Sellers, 41, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to retail theft charges in two cases. According to Murphy, on March 23, Sellers took merchandise from Walmart, and on April 1, he altered labels on items for sale. Sellers will be sentenced Jan. 2.
The following people were accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program: Timothy J. Bell, 30, of Eldred, for fleeing or attempting to elude an officer; Patrick M. Dempsey, 19, of Bradford, for DUI-controlled substance and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; Seth A. James, 22, of Bradford, for DUI-alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia; Mackenzie L. Stone, 28, of Rixford, for DUI-controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; Daniel A. Stephan, 41, of Allegany, N.Y., Catherine P. Carley, 57, of Bradford, Robert J. Hilfirty, 25, of Bradford, Edward R. Maras, 32, of Fairview, and Kurt A. Szymanski Jr., 45, of Cabot, for DUI-alcohol; Christina R. Dean, 31, of Forestville, N.Y., for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; and Richard H. Dubetsky, 46, of Rixford, for DUI-general impairment.
