BAHS Alumni Association

The Bradford Area High School Alumni Association held its fall meeting at the Model T Inn with 18 members attending.

Discussions included reviews of the early October banquet as well as of the mid-October flea market/vendor sale. Attendees agreed that both were successful with a substantial amount of positive banquet comments being received from members and an excellent profit — to be used to supplement the scholarship fund — realized from the sale.

All committee members were thanked for their work in bringing about both events. Also thanked were others who had donated items for sale and the several vendors who had participated.

It was announced that new memorial cards would be available for use in acknowledging donors to the scholarship fund who wished to do so in honor of a friend or relative.

In conclusion, the committee voted to approve the traditional holiday lunch as a replacement for the December meeting. The luncheon will be held at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 12 at the Bradford Club.
