GOLDEN, Colo. — Alexandra Danielle Clare and John Anthony Grillo were united in marriage on Aug. 18 at the Mount Vernon Canyon Club in Golden.
The bridge is the daughter of Kenneth and Marietta Clare of Lakewood, Colo., and the groom is the son of Stephen and Gail Grillo of Ellicottville, N.Y.
Lynn Patrick provided music for the ceremony.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore an art deco fit and flare gown and a birdcage veil.
Raven Dodge of Lakewood, a friend of the bride, served as matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Lauren Brown of Lincoln, Neb., Heather Peterson of Houston, Texas, and Amy Perez of Denver. All are friends of the bride.
Matthew P. Grillo of Lincoln, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Dan Aiello of Bradford, Pa., Austin Morton from Oklahoma and Tyler Arlington from North Carolina. Ushers were Tom Cannon of Bradford and Nick Kloster of Denver.
The ring bearer was the couple’s dog, Albert.
A reception was also held at the Mount Vernon Canyon Club with music by the Ricardo Pena Band.
The bride has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gonzaga University, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado, Denver, and a Master of Science in business analytics from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. She is manager-risk analytics at Charles Schwab.
The groom has a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Bonaventure University and a graduate business certificate in business intelligence from the University of Denver and is a graduate of the Thomas Chippendale International School of Furniture.
He is business intelligence developer at Willis Towers Watson, as well as president and CEO of Rocky Mountain Fine Woodworking.
The couple lives in Golden.
