A number of events have been scheduled throughout November and December in Potter County to offer information on Medicare and Apprise.
The Potter County APPRISE Program, a free health insurance counseling program designed to help Pennsylvanians with Medicare, has specially trained counselors to answer questions and provide citizens with objective, easy to understand information about Medicare, Medicare Supplemental Insurance, Medicaid and Long-Term Care Insurance.
The following Medicare Open Enrollment Events are by appointment only. Call the Potter County Human Services Area Agency on Aging and ask for Barbara Busch, APPRISE Coordinator, at 1-800-800-2560 or 814-544-7315 to schedule a private Medicare counseling session. Attendees should bring their new Medicare card to their appointment.
