WOMEN’S LITERARY CLUB will meet at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bradford Area Public Library. The program will be “Hydroponic Greenhouse.”
ALLEGANY STATE PARK HISTORICAL SOCIETY will meet at 1 p.m. Saturday at the newly constructed Quaker Lake Bathhouse Conference Room, near the entrance into the Quaker side of Allegany State Park. The guest speaker will be Kory Dowdy, who will do a presentation on the popular Seneca Indian winter sport game of Snowsnake. Dowdy is very knowledgeable on this old traditional Native American sport, as it has been carried on for many generations in his family. There is no park entrance charge, and all ASPHS meetings are open to the public.
