LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. — A Shinglehouse, Pa., man is facing allegations after an alleged domestic dispute in the Town of Portville.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, at 7:37 p.m. Oct. 5 on Barbertown Road, Portville, patrol arrested Dustin E. Bean, 21, of 299 S. Stevens St., Shinglehouse.
Bean is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing, law enforcement reported. He was arraigned in the Town of Portville Court and released on his own recognizance.
