SALAMANCA, N.Y. — A great new year of entertainment is coming into focus at Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino, with the announcement that the legendary Chaka Khan will perform inside the Seneca Allegany Events Center on Saturday, Jan. 25 at 7 p.m.
Tickets go on sale this Friday at noon.
Chaka Khan is a bona fide music superstar, and one of the most gifted and celebrated musicians in the world. With 22 albums, ten Number One songs, and ten Grammy Awards, she has been creating timeless music for more than 40 years, bringing together the sounds of R&B, Pop, Rock, Gospel, Country and world music into an all-world, one-of-a-kind musical presence. Chaka Khan burst onto the scene in 1974, and has worked with the likes of Stevie Wonder, Stanley Clarke, Steve Winwood, Prince, and others to produce such classics as “Tell Me Something Good,” “Ain’t Nobody,” “I Feel for You,” and “This is My Night.”
