ERIE — Raymond Richar Post 6611 Canteen/Home Association, 221 Germania St. Ext. in Galeton has been cited by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.

According to the bureau, between Feb. 2 and July 1, the business failed to submit annual reports to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. A citation was issued Sept. 12.

The charges will be brought before an Administrative Law Judge who has the authority to impose fines or license suspensions.
