ERIE — Between 3 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. on Sept. 25, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement officers assigned to the Williamsport District Office supervised an underage buyer to conduct age compliance checks in Potter and Tioga counties.
According to the bureau, a total of 5 age compliance checks were conducted at establishments licensed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, of which none were found to be in non-compliance.
The five establishments found to be in compliance, having not sold to the underage buyer were: Andrew S. Macensky T/A Batterson’s Beverage, Acorn Markets T/A Acorn Market #25, Acorn Markets Inc. T/A Acorn Markets, Jasons Pub LLC. T/A Jasons Pub and Lambs Creek Inc. T/A Lambs Creek.
