Temple Beth El will hold services for the Jewish High Holidays conducted by Rabbi Danny Schiff of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Pittsburgh.
Services for Erev Rosh Hashanah will take place at 6 p.m. Sept. 29 at the temple at 144 Clarence St. in Bradford. Services will be followed by an oneg.
Morning services for Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year, will take place at 10 a.m. Sept. 30 at the temple, followed by tashlich at Willow Dale Cemetery in Bradford.
Services for Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement, will begin with Kol Nidre at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8. Services will resume at 10 a.m. Oct. 9.
An afternoon study session will take place at 3 p.m. Oct. 9, followed by an afternoon service at 4 p.m., yizkor service at 5 p.m. and community dairy break fast at 6 p.m.
