KERSEY — Fox Township Lioness Club will host its 32nd annual Chinese auction in October.
The auction is slated for Oct. 6 at the Kersey Community Building. The doors will open at noon and the drawing begins at 2:30 p.m.
The Lioness Club is now looking for donated items or monetary donations to purchase items for the auction. Anyone who is interested and would like to help can call 814-885-8211 for more information.
Refreshments offered include sloppy joes, hot dogs and chips, so come hungry. For dessert, the club will offer a variety of sliced pie and other desserts.
The club is a non-profit service organization that donates to people experiencing illness, injury or loss due to fire in Fox Township and the surrounding areas. In addition, it makes donations to other service organizations to help in their endeavors.
