FRANCES SHERMAN VFW AUXILIARY will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the VFW club rooms at 94 Barbour St.
ASP HISTORICAL SOCIETY will meet at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Quaker Lake Bathhouse Conference Room, Allegany State Park. The group will host Rob and Susan Byledbal, adult children of Bob Byledbal. They will talk about their father, who in 1951, along with his family, starting running operations of the Allegany State Park concessions of the Red House and Quaker Dance Halls, the Red House and Quaker park stores, and snack bars in the park.
