PALINDROME: Sept. 10, 2019, or 09/10/2019 began a phenomenon known as Palindrome week. Technically, the period lasts for 10 days, and during that time, every day’s date reads the same forward and backward.
This will be the last occurrence of a week of palindromes this century. It has been consistently occurring since 2011. However, the next week of palindrome days will not occur until 2111.

SEPTEMBER: The Romans believed Vulcan, the god of fire and forge, was the overseer for the month of September. Therefore, they expected fires and earthquakes during the month. This month was also the seventh month on the Roman calendar, hence the name September — from the latin Septum, for seven.
The astrological signs for September are Virgo and Libra, the maiden and the scales. Virgos are known for their joy in serving others, their dedication to the smallest detail and their efforts to do things right the first time, every time.
While Libras are known for their dedication to partnerships at work and particularly at home. They strive to keep everything balanced and are objective, hoping to do what’s best for everyone and avoid conflict.
The month of September has three flowers traditionally associated with the 30-day period: the aster, a symbol of love; the forget-me-not, which represents love and memories and the morning glory, another flower representing love but this one the unrequited variety.
Finally, the sapphire is the birthstone for the month of September. The stone is considered lucky for the wearer and is also symbolic of intuition, loyalty, trust, clarity of thought and peacefulness. The stone is recognized by those who believe stones have restorative properties and health benefits, as it is thought to provide help with both inflammation and fever for the individual in contact with it.
