New York man charged with DUI following crash

RIDGWAY — A Holbrook, N.Y., man was not injured, but is facing charges following an accident on Dagus Mines Road at 6:12 a.m. Sunday when he struck a house.

Ridgway-based state police said a small sport-utility vehicle driven by Kenneth Geick, 28, was traveling north on Toby Road in Fox Township when the SUV failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a house off Dagus Mines Road before coming to final rest.

Police said Geick was charged with DUI.
