Auditions for the Kiwanis Kapers — an annual show that is the largest fundraiser for the Bradford Kiwanis Club — are happening this week.

Auditions will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church on East Corydon Street.

This year’s show will have a new variety show-style format that will not require as much rehearsal time on the part of performers until two weeks before the show dates. When performers attend scheduled rehearsals for their time slot, organizers will use the time wisely and limit the hours of their commitment.

Solo pieces will be limited this year, but there will be many group numbers. Performers can be part of as many or few acts as they can handle — whatever their schedule allows.

Show dates are Nov. 14, 15 and 16 at Bradford Area High School.
