The Hometown Heroes committee is holding an open house from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the VFW Events Center at 94 Barbour St.
Sample banners will be available to view, and committee members will be present to answer questions.
Light snacks will be available as well. Applications for the banners are available at the VFW Post 212, American Legion Post 108, Bradford Area Chamber of Commerce and state Rep. Martin Causer’s office.
The banners will be for veterans and first responders.
