Smethport event to offer ice cream, live music

SMETHPORT — Hamlin Memorial Library invites the community to join them for an ice cream social as they welcome the Twin Tiers Community Band at 7 p.m. Thursday.

The event is free, but donations will be gratefully accepted. Attendees are advised to bring a blanket or lawn chair.
