SMETHPORT — A Roulette man is in McKean County Jail following a Thursday morning arraignment on allegations of threatening to kill another person.
Robert Greene, 26, of 80 Horseshoe Court Drive, is charged with terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor; simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; and harassment, a summary offense.
According to court records, in the early morning hours Thursday, Greene struck a woman in the face and head several times and told her in a phone call that he would kill her and her entire family.
Greene was arraigned before District Judge Bill Todd and remanded to jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court next Thursday.
