The MJ2KB Trail Club will perform light-duty maintenance on the trail on Saturday, and the community is asked to help.

The group is meeting at the rail trail parking lot in Mount Jewett.

The work will include clearing weeds/brush along the trail near the train station area. Weed eaters, pruners, rakes and shovels are available along with gloves, protective headgear and bottled water. Volunteers are invited to bring their own tools, too.

People are invited to come for any amount of time they can spend. Anyone who plans to work till lunch should pack a snack or lunch.
