COUDERSPORT — A Ulysses woman is facing several charges after an alleged incident June 30 in Potter County, Coudersport-based state police reported.
Teri L. Mills, 39, of Ulysses, was arraigned July 1 on charges of burglary, a first-degree felony; criminal trespassing, a third-degree felony; three counts of terroristic threats, first-degree misdemeanors; three counts of recklessly endangering another person and one count of criminal mischief, second-degree misdemeanors; DUI-general impairment, a misdemeanor; and the following summaries: criminal mischief, criminal trespassing, careless driving and reckless driving, court records stated.
According to a press release from state police, police were dispatched at 3:15 p.m. June 30 to 625 Center St., Ulysses, for a 911 hang-up call.
When police arrived, it was determined the call was related to a verbal dispute at a home in Genesee Township earlier that day.
Before leaving the Genesee home, Mills rammed a parked car intentionally, then went to Ulysses, police said.
In Ulysses, Mills entered a residence with the intention of vandalizing it; three juveniles were upstairs at the time, according to police. Mills then went to White Knoll Road, Ulysses, where she was allegedly involved in another dispute before intentionally ramming another parked car.
Mills, who was impaired, was located in the driver’s seat of a vehicle on White Knoll Road, police reported. She was transported to UPMC for a blood draw.
Police listed the victims as three juveniles and Heather Shutt, 38, of Ulysses.
The investigation is ongoing, police stated.
Court records indicate Mills is in Potter County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for today.
