State police investigate two unattended deaths in Otto Twp.

LEWIS RUN — Lewis Run-based state police investigated two unattended deaths in Otto Township — one on Friday and another on Saturday.

State police did not release either name, nor did they report any connection between the two.

According to police, at 1:31 p.m. Friday, state police were notified of the death of a 62-year-old woman on Kansas Branch Road. Then, at 12:15 p.m. Saturday, they were notified of the death of an 81-year-old man who was found near Looker Mountain Trail and Berger Hollow Road.

State police ruled both deaths as due to natural causes.
