ST. MARYS — A free eight-week Parent & Baby program will be held starting in mid-August at the Community Education Center, St. Marys.
The program is by Dickinson Center’s Incredible Years with certified instructors Deb Love and Amy Murphy.
Sessions are held from 4 to 6 p.m., and meals and incentives are provided at each session.
