Man injured in Gibson Township crash

EMPORIUM — A man was injured in a motorcycle crash at 1:03 p.m. Friday in Gibson Township.

Emporium-based state police said a motorcycle driven by 67-year-old Lynn Miller of Austin went out of control on a sharp left curve before the bike slid 20 feet and hit a guide rail.

Miller was treated at UPMC Cole in Coudersport for minor injuries, according to police. The motorcycle sustained disabling damage.

Police reported that Miller was charged with a violation of immediate notice of accident to police.
