Several UPMC medical offices in Bradford are relocating from the UPMC Hamot Medical Park on Boylston Street to the UPMC Outpatient Center at 24 W. Washington St., effective Monday.
Offices that will be transitioned to the Washington Street site include:
These offices will remain at the Washington Street location: Primary Care, RHS Neurosurgery, RHS Bariatric Surgery, Nuclear Medicine, Stress Testing, and Ultrasound (including echocardiography).
