WARREN — Warren-based state police are seeking information regarding the location of an elderly man who has been deemed a missing endangered person.
State police are searching for 80-year-old Richard William Smith. Smith is described as six feet tall and 185 pounds with brown eyes and grey hair. He was last seen in the area of 102 Wardwell Lane in Mead Township wearing glasses, white sneakers, blue jeans and a white sweatshirt with ducks on the chest.
According to state police, Smith suffers from Alzheimer’s disease and does not know his way around the area. State police also said Smith left his residence on foot Sunday night.
