DUKE CENTER — Otto-Eldred High School graduating seniors and their families gathered Wednesday evening for the 15th Annual O-E Awards and Scholarship Ceremony.
The ceremony is coordinated by guidance counselor Martha Wolfe and sponsored by the Otto-Eldred Education Foundation.
